(Current UI employees are not eligible for incentive) The UI Heart and Vascular Center is seeking a 90% (36 hours per week) Staff Nurse to Provide direct nursing care to patients preparing to and/or recovering from cardiovascular procedural services in the Cardiovascular Pre- and Post-Recovery Unit (CPRU). Ensure open and effective channels of communication with patients, family/caregivers and all health care team members involved in pre- and post- care of adult cardiac catheterization, vascular, and/or Electrophysiology (EP) patients. 80-100% Physician Assistant or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner - Oculoplastics

The University of Iowa Health Care, Department of Ophthalmology & Visual Sciences is seeking an 80-100% Physician Assistant (PA; PD03; 11) or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP; PT35; 11). The Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences intends to hire at either the Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) level based on the qualifications of the successful candidate. Working with oculoplastic faculty, the candidate will provide specialized clinical care within the Department of Ophthalmology & Visual Sciences, focusing on oculoplastics and related ophthalmic subspecialties. This role supports both outpatient and inpatient services at the department’s university campus and at Iowa River Landing (IRL), collaborating closely with ophthalmologists and optometrists to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. In accordance with scope of practice as outlined by applicable state law, regulations, institutional policies and practice agreements, the position will independently conduct comprehensive medical assessments, establish medical diagnoses, order and evaluates diagnostic testing, develop treatment plans, and deliver scope-appropriate clinical and procedural services.
