The Director of Nursing will provide clinical leadership to the nursing team, ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, and work closely with facility leadership to support resident care, staffing, quality outcomes, and overall nursing operations. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to the nursing department. Develop, implement, and maintain nursing policies, procedures, and standards of practice. Successful completion of Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Course within 90 days of employment or documentation of current ACLS certification.
