The LPN is responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. Qualifications EDUCATION Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred. All RNs are encouraged to advance through the SPIRE clinical advancement program. LICENSURE Licensed and a currently registered nurse in the State of Connecticut.
