The Home Dialysis Nurse Manager oversees Home Hemodialysis (HHD) and Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) operations in the dialysis unit, as well as supervises nursing personnel, organizes and administers the Home Training Program, and implements ESRD training and educational programs to ensure safe and efficient dialysis treatments for all patients.
