Total cash compensation includes earnings from per visit point pay and hourly pay and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. This role receives two types of compensation depending on the work being performed. When conducting visits, you will be paid per visit point rate compensation. Your per visit pay will be calculated by multiplying your per visit point rate by the productivity points you accrue for various types of visits. Each type of visit is assigned a certain number of productivity points that is inclusive of 'direct' and 'indirect' patient care activities. Visits are assigned based on patient and business needs. The number of visits performed each week will vary based on individual productivity targets and the productivity points assigned to the visits performed. UPMC’s Health Plan is hiring an Occupational Health Nurse for its Employee Health Assistance Team. This role works Monday through Friday daylight hours (7 am - 3:30 pm) onsite at the Employee Health Clinic at UPMC Williamsport. Free parking is provided for this position. This position has primary responsibilities for the direct patient intervention and provision of care for the staff members of the UPMC Health System. This person will be responsible for the provision of all clinical services for the Employee Health program. Caregivers provide direct care to residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence and treat each senior with respect and dignity. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and other personal care needs, as well as help residents with vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping and dishes.
