Performs rounding for designated populations and assists in the resolution of issues identified by leadership or through the Cherwell Issue Tracking System. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education Required: Education/training as required to obtain a Medical Assistant certification and Bachelor's Degree Preferred: Additional training in adult learning or education and Experience Minimum of 2 years Required: training or education role, healthcare-related lead, EHR support specialist, super user or preceptor role and Required: Prior Medical Assistant or related clinic experience and Preferred: Experience in Epic or other similar electronic medical programs and Preferred: Experience with learning management systems Credentials Required: within 6 months EPIC Certification (Must meet internal Epic Proficiency exam) and Required: Certified Medical Assistant - Washington or Medical Assistant Certified Interim - Washington (Washington Requirement) Skills Proficient in the use of MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint). (Required) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Required) Experience with adult learning principles, training delivery and classroom management. (Required) Experience with projection equipment and/or webinar technology. (Required) Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within network and system.
