In collaboration with the Patient Care Director, participates in the establishment of unit(s) short and long term goals and ensures its alignment with the hospital’s overall strategic goals. Is accountable for monitoring staff compliance with regulatory, hospital and divisional requirements. Working off shift hours and providing weekend coverage are routinely required for this position. This is a full-time evening shift (2PM-midnight) position at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist working from 10 hour shifts/4 days per week.
