Associate degree in a Nursing related field, Bachelor preferred 2 years of home care experience in Home Health or Hospice environment 1 year of supervisory experience required Current, unrestricted RN license valid for the state of work Ability to quickly become proficient in enterprise applications such as Homecare Homebase, Workday, and have knowledge in Microsoft Office Able and willing to travel up to 50% as needed to support business and patient needs.
