Assist with scheduled activities and housekeeping as assigned and when needed. Clean medicine carts daily at end of shift and restock as needed. Perform weekly deep cleaning of medicine carts. Attend and participate in staff training and in-services. Current First Aid Training preferred. Responsible for other duties as assigned. Perform all duties in adherence of established policies and procedures, federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain satisfactory attendance and report for duty as scheduled. Current Medication Technician Certification as per state regulations required if no LPN or RN training. Organize and manage multiple priorities in an efficient manner. Adhere to confidentiality procedures to ensure HIPAA standards are always met or exceeded. Establish good working relationship with residents through ongoing use of Company Policies. Report any and all deferred maintenance, vandalism or hazardous situations to the RSD or Executive Director discovered and take appropriate action as necessary.
