Collaborates with the physician and other health care providers to assure that a goal oriented care plan is consistent with medical regimen and hospital procedures. Performs other related duties as instructed. Qualifications BSN with three (3) years’ experience preferred. Current NYS license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse. BLS Required.
