Overview About the Role The Clinic Nurse Manager is an experienced clinical leader responsible for managing assigned areas and multiple services within the assigned practice, supervising assigned patient care personnel during clinic operations. Manages the appropriate utilization of clinic resources (i.e., supplies and labor) while consistently working towards initiatives that support continuous process improvement (CPI). Maintains clinic supply inventory by studying usage reports, identifying trends, anticipating needed supplies, approving requisition and cost allocations. Measures patient, physician and employee satisfaction and develops and implements plans to improve satisfaction in collaboration with the team. Qualifications What You’ll Bring Required: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required, a Master’s Degree (MSN) preferred. A minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience required. BLS (CPR) is required. Certification as an Ambulatory Nurse (RN-BC) is desirable and preferred within two (2) years of hire.
