Overview About the Role The primary purpose of the Staff Nurse position is to provide direct patient care, perform nursing procedures, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for diagnostic and interventional cardiology patients in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab setting as observed by the Nurse Manager/Assistant Nurse Manager, and patient/family feedback unless otherwise noted. Minimum one (1) year of experience in special procedures, radiology, or Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory required. Applicants with at least one (1) year of recent experience in Critical Care, Telemetry, or Emergency Department nursing will also be considered. Current ACLS and BLS certifications required. Completion of 6–8 weeks of Cath Lab procedure training with an experienced nurse preceptor for newly hired Cath Lab nurses. Compensation (NJ Job Transparency Law) The expected hourly range for this position is XH/99H:$55.00 per hour, in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Law; final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. The OR Technician II performs various duties to assist with surgical procedures and related operating room activities. The OR Technician II delivers care as reflected in the Association of Surgical Technologists’ Recommended Standards of Practice in a manner that is cost-effective without compromising quality of care. The OR Technician II possesses knowledge of the theory and application of sterile and aseptic technique and combines the knowledge of human anatomy, surgical procedures, and implementation tools to facilitate a physician’s performance of invasive, therapeutic, and diagnostic procedures.
