Job Description The Medical Coordinator is responsible for delivering high quality medical care and influencing positive outcomes for patients experiencing homelessness in the recuperative care setting. We have many schedules available for this role, including weekends and nights. The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience . This position also qualifies for $1.50 swing shift differential and $3 graveyard shift differential. The schedule for this position is Thursday - Saturday from 7:00am to 3:30pm. Workdays may vary. Qualifications Previous professional caregiving experience is strongly preferred Current California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred Candidates who are not currently registered must be eligible and willing to complete California HCA registration and Live Scan requirements before working with clients Current TB clearance, or ability to obtain it Reliable transportation Valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance when driving is required for an assignment Ability to assist safely with personal care and mobility-related tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation Strong communication skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Experience with senior care, dementia or memory care, personal care, mobility assistance, transfers, or in-home caregiving is especially valuable.
