Responsible for case management oversight and coordination for all worker's compensation claims. Performs pre-employment physicals for newly hired employees to determine their eligibility and capacity for the position. Develops, implements, and documents individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with other members of the interprofessional team and patient, family or caregiver in accordance with the established guidelines and standards of nursing care.
