Reporting & Communication Prepare operational, compliance, and performance reports. Serve as a point of contact for caregivers regarding HHAeXchange-related questions. Collaborate with Intake, Billing, Payroll, Clinical, and Operations teams to resolve issues. Communicate effectively with managed care organizations (MCOs) and payer representatives. Qualifications: High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-3 years of home care, healthcare operations, scheduling, or EVV experience. Experience working with HHAeXchange. Strong knowledge of Medicaid and home care compliance requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Position Summary: Reporting to the Registered Nurse will provide for medication dispensing and nursing assistance in the diagnosis, and continuous primary medical care to participants.
