Collaboration: Collaborate with intake, providing daily direction, managing referral volume based on staffing availability. Maintain positive working relationships with referral sources including physicians, hospitals, skilled facilities, assisted livings and families. Supervision: Provide oversight for liaison and clinical staff and ensure timeliness of completion of work/charting as well as identify education needs for the team. Manage On call, PTO, call offs & daily/weekly productivity review to ensure proper staffing coverage to meet the needs of the business in the field and internally. Minimize Patient Risk: Ensure quality and safe delivery of home health services by our clinical team. Policies: Review clinical documentation and maintain current knowledge of all Medicare/ Federal/ Insurance / Company and Hospital guidelines, policies and protocol.
