Provide full range of supervisory duties in the planning and coordination of nursing staff. Engage healthcare administrative measures for nursing program accreditation compliance. Provide leadership and guidance through demonstration of Advanced Nurse Practitioner expertise in patient care services. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021). Recruitment incentive may be authorized up to 25% of base pay. This position is located in the Surgery Department of the Pine Ridge Service Unit in Pine Ridge South Dakota. The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) serves as an "Independent Licensed Practitioner". As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), the incumbent is individually responsible for the anesthesia care delivered. Reports to the Clinical Director at the Pine Ridge Service Unit.
