This position is located in the Red Lake Service Unit (RLSU), Bemidji Area, Indian Health Service. The position serves as the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) and assists the Director of Nursing (DON) in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating nursing services across inpatient, ambulatory/outpatient, and emergency care settings. This position serves as the Supervisory Nurse (Outpatient Clinical Nurse Supervisor) at IHS Santa Fe Service Unit in Santa Fe, NM. The incumbent provides leadership and supervision for nursing and support staff and coordinates the delivery of outpatient Primary Care services to ensure continuity of comprehensive patient care.
