Provides assistance and support with residents’ activities of daily living. Primary Responsibilities: Resident Services Provides quality care and assistance to residents in accordance with the community philosophy, policies and resident rights Observes residents within patient care policy guidelines and immediately report any conditions requiring attention to the Care Coordinator. Assists residents in meeting their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Adheres to each resident’s individual service plan, notify the clinical director and care coordinator of any changes in the resident’s condition. Ambulates and transfers residents as needed utilizing appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics. Assists residents with their activities of daily living. Launders the residents’ personal clothes, sheets, and towels according to schedule. Launders household items according to schedule.
