Participates in in-services, continuing education, committees and interdepartmental meetings as assigned. Maintains and respects staff and patient confidentiality. Observes hospital and agency policies concerning Fire and Safety regulations, Infection Control Standards, and other rules governing conduct while at work. Demonstrates a commitment to work schedule by timely reporting on duty and demonstrating good attendance in compliance with the organization’s policies. Understands and participates in the Home Care Performance Improvement Plan and process. Collects and maintains statistical data on all referred patients and submits as requested to the Director of Home Care. Accepts and completes additional responsibilities as directed by management.
