This is a Salaried position. Overview JOB SPECIFICS Join a very busy GI practice seeing up to 16 patients a day. Work with 7 providers and 9 fellows. Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history and physical examinations. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic gastrointestinal conditions. Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans for patients with digestive disorders. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary care teams. Educate patients and families regarding disease processes, treatment options, and preventive care. Overview JOB SPECIFICS The Neonatal Critical Care Unit (NCCU) is a 64-bed, private-room unit with a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, a Neonatal Intermediate Care Unit, and a Small Baby Unit. Team consists of our full-time neonatologists, nurse practitioners, residents, APP and physician fellows, nurses, respiratory therapists, and consultants from multiple specialties deliver the most advanced care to premature and high-risk infants. Rounding approach is family centered. Isolation facilities available. Management of premature and high-risk infants including bedside invasive and non-invasive monitoring, conventional and high-frequency ventilation, and surgery in multiple specialties, including cardiac and neurology.
