This role offers a unique opportunity to partner closely with oncology teams to provide comprehensive supportive and palliative care for patients living with cancer. The outpatient palliative oncology clinician focuses on improving quality of life through expert symptom management, advance care planning, goals-of-care discussions, and psychosocial support for patients and their families. The APP will work collaboratively with medical oncology, radiation oncology, surgical oncology, and inpatient palliative care teams to ensure seamless continuity of care across the cancer journey.
