Experience working in electronic medical record (i.e., EPIC) or similar software is preferred Education and Experience 1. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required 2. Completion of an approved (valid) Medical Assistant Certificate Program (MA), EMT Program, or Paramedic Program is required.
