We're searching for an individual who has a strong knowledge transportation needs, excellent communication skills and prior experience transporting patients. The successful candidate will have a commitment to maintaining the safety of patients and staff, Certified Nursing Assistant Certification so preference will be given to candidates with experience in the medical field/Nursing Home. This position requires that you be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work with a sense of urgency. Responsibilities: Provide transportation to patients who need medical care. Take patients to medical appointments. Keep accurate records of patients' appointments and complete pre appointment checklist on every transport. Collect and clean equipment during breaks. Keep facility van clean inside and out. Will have a cleaning schedule for each month for facility van.
