Maintain current knowledge of facility policies, resident rights, clinical standards, and regulations affecting resident care, and communicate updates through formal and informal education. Coordinate student clinical rotations and serve as a facility liaison for nursing schools and other healthcare training programs. Serve as Program Director and/or instructor for nursing assistant training programs, when applicable, in accordance with State and Federal requirements. Promote employee engagement, professional development, regulatory compliance, and retention across the facility.
