Participate in unit meetings, huddles, and process improvement activities. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program. Current LPN license in the state of practice. Ability to meet all State Board of Nursing requirements. Preferred BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire if not already obtained). ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., or other unit-specific certifications as applicable. LPN-IV certification (or ability to obtain within required timeframe, if applicable). Why Mercy?
