Duties Description The RN 1 serves as a member of the interdisciplinary team performing various nursing duties, including coordinating and monitoring all aspects of medical care for residents. Acts as a liaison to community providers to ensure continuity of care, follow up with community providers, when necessary, advocate for resident’s needs.
