Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely medical records for all patient encounters. Ensure the consistency, quality, and safety of all clinical services provided within OSF OnCall Urgent Care. Collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare team members to deliver coordinated patient care. Educate patients and families regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, and preventive health measures. Overview Case Manager is responsible for chart review to evaluate medical necessity for admission, continued stay, and the appropriate level of care. Monitors the care of assigned patients to assure quality cost effective utilization of resources and optimal outcomes. Overview Provides technical support and assistance to nurses and physicians in the care and delivery of pregnant women. Ensures supplies and equipment are readily available, safe and clean, and ensures patient environment is maintained. Responsibilities PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES(*Essential Functions) Conducts hourly rounds on patients and obtains vital signs as needed. Sets up and prepares operating rooms and delivery rooms, in accordance with instructions, and physician preference. Ensures rooms are cleaned and turned over timely.
