Provide quality assessments to client’s medication sheets and files to determine if clients are receiving appropriate medication in a timely manner, including proper destruction of medication. Follow all policies and procedures with regard to patient information protection, including alcohol-drug patient confidentiality and HIPAA. Attend training on chemical dependency as required. Maintains and adheres to established infection control/employee health program. Maintain and demonstrates a current working knowledge of applicable clinical procedures and nursing care based on company policy and State and Federal guidelines.
