Participates in orientation and precepting of new staff; contributes to performance improvement, survey readiness, patient safety initiatives, and reducing avoidable hospitalizations. Participates in orientation and precepting of new staff; contributes to performance improvement, survey readiness, patient safety initiatives, and reducing avoidable hospitalizations.
