The program must be completed within five (5) years of enrollment. This requirement does not apply to non-BSN hires who already hold a bachelor's or graduate degree in a field other than nursing. · Direct-entry BSN or MSN students who have not yet completed their nursing degree at the time of hire are not exempt, even if they hold bachelor's or graduate degrees in another field. · RNs who enroll in an MSN, DNP, or PhD in Nursing program may meet this requirement through that program. If a BSN is awarded as part of the program, it must be completed within five (5) years of enrollment. If no BSN is awarded, the MSN, DNP, or PhD in Nursing must be completed within six (6) years of enrollment. EDUCATION PREFERRED: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
