About Us The LPN or MA will assist the physician or provider with patient care in the Outpatient Wound Care Clinic. The clinical LPN/MA will prepare patients for provider visits by taking vital signs, removing dressings, cleansing/measuring wounds per policy, inputting data into EMR, relaying patient information to supervising RN or provider, and placing wound dressings as ordered.
