Description The Offsite Medical Assistant I Provides clinical office support to Physicians & Surgeons and performs patient care and administrative duties necessary to deliver quality patient care. Responsibilities 1. Position Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor plays a key leadership role in managing nursing operations during assigned shifts at Constant Care Agency’s partner nursing facilities in the Bronx. The RN Supervisor ensures that residents receive safe, high-quality care consistent with the standards of practice, regulatory requirements, and the mission of Constant Care Agency. This position requires strong clinical judgment, supervisory ability, and compassion for the elderly and long-term care population. Primary Responsibilities Clinical Supervision Oversee all nursing and direct care staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) on assigned units or shifts. Monitor residents’ conditions; respond promptly to changes in status and initiate appropriate interventions or physician notifications. (BSN) Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) RN who is matriculated in a BSN Program with a graduation date within the year.
