The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating the needs of the patient. Consulting with patients and families having multiple and complex disorders; and working in a collaborative and integrative role with primary healthcare providers. 5. Performing invasive procedures. 6. Educating patients on positive health promoting lifestyle choices and diseases, injury and illness prevention. 7. Perform other duties as assigned.
