Nashville General Hospital is hiring an experienced Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN) for our Med Surg Unit who will embrace our commitment to providing quality care to every patient and family member. This is an 18-bed unit with a 4:1 patient ratio. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating the nursing care given to Med/Surg patients. You will have patient contact during immediate pre, intra, and immediate post-operative periods. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. This includes administering medications, coordinating patient care activities, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure positive patient outcomes. The ideal candidate should possess excellent clinical and communication skills, as well as a strong ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
