The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care services through coordination, implementation, ad supervision of field staff. The Registered Nurse Supervisor ensures that field staff follows the POC and delivers care accordingly. The Registered Nurse participates in quality improvement activities within the agency, promoting overall compliance with State and Federal guidelines and professional standards of practice. Reviews caseload and charts documentation to ensure compliance and assesses patient progress and effectiveness of care delivery in meeting patient goals. N.
