Lung Nodule Nurse Navigator

Summary Under the general supervision of the Practice Manager and with direction from Pulmonary Physicians, the Lung Nodule Nurse Navigator serves as a clinical resource and care coordinator for patients identified with pulmonary nodules. The navigator facilitates timely evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up while providing education and support to patients and families. This role works closely with pulmonologists, thoracic surgeons, radiology, oncology, and primary care providers to ensure adherence to evidence-based guidelines and streamline care across the system. The Lung Nodule Nurse Navigator is responsible for tracking patients with pulmonary nodules, assisting in coordinating diagnostic testing and procedures, and reducing delays in care. Education Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing, BSN required. Certification, Registration & Licensure Licensure required: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Hampshire.
