The LPN has a thorough understanding of hospice documentation and their impact on outcomes of care with a focus on symptom management and comfort for both the patient and their family unit at the end of life. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Licensure/ Certification: LPN License. American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS (Basic Life Support). Maintains a valid driver's license. Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
