Working Hours Monday to Friday 8 am to 4:00pm Must be willing to differential hours work holidays, weekends and oversee the overnight shift to meet the needs of the unit. Minimum Education/Certifications/ Work Experience Current RN license (multi-state compact or state of practice). Certification in Nursing Professional Development (NPD-BC), NE-BC, NEA-BC or equivalent is a desired or preferred certification. 7+ years in healthcare, with at least 5 years in nursing or hospital leadership. Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. Demonstrated ability to influence change across clinical and operational teams. Demonstrated success in developing and delivering staff education programs. Strong knowledge of regulatory/accreditation standards (e.g., CMS, Joint Commission). BLS, ACLS, and PALS instructor preferred. Physical Requirements Physically able to sit, stand, stoop, and walk for long periods of time. The team member will need to frequently assist lifting patients and equipment when working on the unit. Must be able to work in a stressful environment, work independently, and be capable of critical thinking, making sound decisions, detail oriented, alert and self-motivated. Ability to push/pull up to 50lbs, carry and lift upto 50lbs.
