School LPN Nurse Needed in the Bronx 2 days per week, 9am-5pm! Scope of Services Consultant will coordinate and oversee the health care services across the 2 sites. This includes: -Completing all screenings including vision, height, dental, weight and lead. Dental and vision will be monitored and charted if completed prior by the physician.
