Participates in on-call coverage system on a rotating basis; serves as a liaison in maintaining the Hospice patients Plan of Care while inpatient; refers major or recurrent problems to the Hospice supervising nurse. Participates in the on-going Quality Improvement Program. Performs related duties as required. RN Supervisor The Paramount at Somers Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to join our team. RN Supervisor Responsibilities Include: Supervise all nursing care in the facility Assess residents as needed Document in residents medical record as needed Admit/readmit residents Ensure that a safe environment is maintained Assist unit nurses as needed Interact with facility physicians as needed Any other tasks as assigned by the DNS RN Supervisor Qualifications/Requirements: Current NYS RN (Registered Nurse) license. Experience preferred. Working knowledge of EMR and proficient in documentation. Current CPR certification. Must be a compassionate and reliable team player.
