Looking for a passionate and compassionate RN to assumes responsibility for individual medical case management of agency clients, on a case-by-case basis. Responsible for ensuring the quality of medical care provided meets DDD and Agency standards while working cooperatively with the CBS agency administrative staff Responsibilities; Monitors the health of the individuals through review of Professional Medical Reports. Assesses the educational needs of the staff and conducts or arranges for appropriate in-service training programs. Advocates in the best interest of the clients at all times, acting as a medical liaison between staff and hospital/medical professionals when necessary. New Hires or transfers; CPI required within 6 months of hire and continuously maintained after Trauma Bay Trauma experience required; 2 years preferred. ACLS, PALS & ATCN at time of hire. 3 Harmony Trauma/ICU 2 years medical/surgical experience preferred; Critical care experience preferred. ACLS Required at time of hire.
