Job Summary Enliven is seeking an experienced RN (Registered Nurse) to service home infusion and Infusion Center patients in Windsor and surrounding locations. The ideal candidate must be well-trained and able to give the best nursing care possible with little supervision. They will educate patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits. The ideal candidate must be compassionate, cool-tempered, and capable of handling emergent situations. They must follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to promote patients' well-being by providing high-quality nursing care. The Day Center CNA ( Certified Nurse Assistant) works at our Adult Day Health Center assisting participants with ADLs (activities of daily living) and providing both restorative and supportive care. Follow the care plan and assist participants with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, hair care, mouth care, eating, and toileting. Document care provided in accordance with established policies, guidelines, and applicable regulations. Carry out, reports and documents care given in an effective, timely manner as observed by the RN and through periodic record reviews. Assist participants with restorative and supportive care such as ambulating, positioning, transferring, skin care, catheters, fills oxygen and provides other aides as assigned or needed. Education and Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and three to six months related experience preferred and/or training in direct service with older adults living with dementia, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Refer to specific state regulations for qualifications required to assist with medications and direct care duties. Knowledge of dementia, particularly of the Alzheimer's type.
