Summary Position Highlights: The Clinical Research Unit (CRU) is currently looking for a full-time Clinical Research Infusion RN I for their Magnolia location. The CRU at Moffitt supports clinical investigational research by monitoring patients undergoing clinical trials and administering investigational agents in an outpatient setting. The CRU at Magnolia sees 40 to 80 patients each day and between 30-60 investigational treatments ranging from 15 minutes to 12 hours. Upon completion of the 12-week rotation and based on openings and best fit for both the nurse resident and clinical area, the nurse resident is matched to an area. For the first twelve months of practice, nurse residents will participate in programs outside of their unit for one or two days each month. Overall, our patients are those undergoing treatment who’ve experienced a setback and need additional support.
