Overview The Clinical Nurse Manger (CNM) is a direct supervisory leadership role and a key member of the Nursing leadership team. The CNM ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. In collaboration with other members of the management team, the CNM directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures, serves as a resource person for staff, and models a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance. The CNM provides feedback and coaching to staff members, recognizing them for their contributions while fostering a high-performance culture. Overview The LPN is responsible for performing a wide variety of nursing care, patient activities, and accommodative services for the comfort and well-being of patients in accordance with physicians' orders and under the guidance and direction of the Registered Nurse.
