What You’ll Do Provide safe, high-quality nursing care across assigned ambulatory subspecialty clinics following completion of appropriate orientation and competency validation. Develop and maintain clinical competencies across multiple ambulatory specialties and patient populations. Adapt to different clinical environments, patient populations, workflows, team structures, and operational needs. Collaborate with nurses, providers, clinical leaders, educators, medical assistants, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. Perform patient assessments, provide nursing interventions, administer medications and treatments, and support patient and family education within the ambulatory setting. Utilize specialty-specific resources, workflows, protocols, and just-in-time education when transitioning between clinical areas.
