Health Monitoring: Monitor clients’ physical and emotional well-being, including blood sugar management if applicable. Observe and report any changes in health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Assist with medication reminders and ensure clients are following prescribed treatment plans. Transportation: Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and social outings as needed. Ensure the client’s safety during transportation, assisting with getting in and out of vehicles if necessary. Maintain a valid driver’s license, car insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Proven background in caregiving, with specific experience in personal care and blood sugar management. Skills: Ability to perform all tasks with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail. Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license, car insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.
