About this Job: Unit Details The Neonatal ICU at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, a five-time designated Magnet® hospital, is a 36-bed unit which provides expert nursing care for infants with many critical diagnoses. It is one of two Level IV NICUs in Washington, D.C., which is the highest level designated by the American Academy of Pediatrics. About this Job: General Summary of Position The Medical Assistant performs clinical and administrative duties in an ambulatory care setting under the supervision of a physician/provider and/or a registered nurse. About this Job: General Summary of Position The Medical Assistant performs clinical and administrative duties in an ambulatory care setting under the supervision of a physician/provider and/or a registered nurse.
