Oversees infection prevention program, caregiver vaccination programs, respiratory protection compliance, OSHA/BLS recordkeeping, ergonomic, and safe patient handling initiatives. Directs response to emerging infectious diseases and exposure investigations. Takes responsibility for developing, monitoring, and maintaining the program budget while evaluating performance outcomes, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines and sustained operational effectiveness. Collaborates with Quality, Patient Safety, Regulatory, Clinical Risk, and Human Resources to align safety initiatives and caregiver support programs.
