Purpose of Position: To provide direct nursing care to the residents, patients, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistants. Clinical Nurse Liaison Hospice

Purpose of Position: Responsible for liaison functions related to providing information about services to potential Hospice & Palliative patients.
